Digital Sales Enablement.
Eddy Homes
Luxury custom homebuilder serving Pittsburgh and surrounding markets.
Eddy Homes was a family-owned luxury custom homebuilder selling primarily $1M+ homes in the Pittsburgh market. When the company introduced a new product line in the $500K–$750K range, growth accelerated and exposed a constraint. There was no showroom, no design center, and no way to effectively differentiate or scale the buying experience in person.
At the time, off-the-shelf apps and sales tools didn’t exist to support this kind of on-site selling, and the team was operating with limited resources. I led the design and build of a tablet-based sales solution using the tools and technologies already available, repurposed in new ways to support a more modern, visual, and efficient buying process.
The solution was a digital product library and set of tablet “look books” that sales teams could use directly with buyers. It combined photography, video, blueprints, cabinetry layouts, specifications, finishes, and real examples of customizations into a single, portable experience, allowing buyers to visualize quality, options, and outcomes without a physical showroom.
This approach shortened decision-making, reduced friction in the sales process, and enabled the team to sell more homes without increasing headcount.
